Consulting: A collaborative process designed to help businesses and organizations improve operations, enhance employee well-being, and foster healthy, resilient workplace cultures. Consulting is not clinical and is not covered by insurance.
Do you see children under 18?
I do not currently provide services to children.
Do you see couples or families?
I do not currently provide services to couples or families.
How do I book a consultation?
I offer complimentary 15-minute consultations to explore your needs and see if we’re a good fit. Use my online scheduler to choose a convenient time.
Can I see you for therapy if I’m not located in Texas?
No—Due to laws and regulations I am only able to see therapy clients within the state of Texas under my license.
Can I see you for consulting if I’m not located in Texas?
I am able to provide consulting services in the United States, regardless of location.
Do you accept insurance?
I no longer accept insurance and take private pay clients only. I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.

The initial comprehensive session is an opportunity to dive deeper into your needs, set goals, and develop a tailored plan for therapy or consulting.
